Rebel Farmer Tipi stays are the perfect countryside escape, especially as we take just one reservation at a time. The majestic 21ft Tipi for visitors to stay in is a glorious, glamping experience. Sleep under the stars in this fantastic, spacious Tipi.
You will be staying on our one acre field next to the Rebel Farmer growing plot, complete with a roaring open campfire as you drift off and a view of the North Downs as you wake up.
We strictly only allow one reservation at a time, so you can be reassured that you won't be sharing your camp experience or facilities with any other campers.
Guests who book into the tipi will be able to extend their party and book our Bell Tent for an additional fee. This is ideal for larger families, those with older children or two families coming together. We do not allow stag and hen parties and do not take bookings from large groups of adults..
Rebel Farmer, his family and farming assistants live and work adjacent to the field.
SORRY NO DOGS ALLOWED
(Too many farm animals and cats nearby who are easily spooked)
THE REBEL FARMER tipi
Sleeps 2 adults + up to 3 kids
The Tipi is a traditional Tipi. Standing majestically 21ft high, it's furnished to a very high standard. We promise you, Tipi's are rather like the Tardis. The height and the space inside is deceiving.
Inside, you will find a brass double bed, quality memory foam mattresses and comfy bedding. Please note the three single beds are trestles so better suited to children.
Twinkly solar fairy lights come on at night and we also have some battery powered bulbs for finding your way around. There isn't electricity or heating in the Tipi but power and charge points can be found in the polydiner. Torches are provided.
You will be greeted by freshly cut flowers direct from our plot and all the blankets and towels you should need.
The tipi is charged per night including all bedding, towels,
BBQ coals. Just add logs to your booking if you would like a campfire.

ADDITIONAL BELL TENT
Sleeps 2 adults + 2 kids
If you book the Tipi you can invite extended family or friends to stay in our gorgeous bell tent for an additional nightly fee. Set up to the same high standard, the bell tent can only be booked alongside the Tipi.
The bell tent is charged per night including all bedding, towels, and BBQ coals.
Please note we do not take bookings from large groups of adults and stag/hen parties are not allowed.
Our site is suited to families and we reserve the right to cancel the booking and turn people away if groups of adults try to book.
SITE FACILITIES
The Rebel Farmer poly diner is a magical dining space which especially comes to life at night once all the twinkly solar lights kick in. Decked out with a large dining table with bench seating its the perfect spot for cooking, eating a game of cards whatever. It also provides welcome shelter from the Great British weather. So when you're not using the BBQ by the camp fire this is an alternate space to use. You can watch the tomato's grow literally before your very eyes.
We try and keep the planters stocked with salad and herbs which you can pick and help yourself to. The kitchen is fully kitted out with a microwave, basic ring hob, fridge, kettle and all the pots, plates and cutlery you should need. We provide coals for you to use on the Webber BBQ.
You will have use of our gas shower which is super hot and the compost toilet. Towels are supplied for your stay. Next to our shower block you will find a covered washing up station and fridge.
And of course there is a camp fire....which sits at the heart of everything. Sit and watch the stars and relax. Perhaps you could even roast a marshmallow or two!
THINGS TO SEE & DO
Situated in beautiful Brook Kent, the area is great for cycling, with route 18 running close by in our neighboring village of Wye.
There's a number of amazing walking routes including the Pilgrims Way. We are at the foot of the magnificent North Downs and within reach of The Devils Kneading Trough part of the National Nature Reserve and the North Downs Way.
We are also roughly 20 minutes from the seaside in Hythe! Folkestone, Rye, Whitstable, and Deal are all worth a visit and within a 35 minute drive.
Some great houses and castles are nearby, most notably, Rebel Kids favourite - Leeds Castle.
We also recommend a trip to Howletts (20 mins) to visit the Gorilla's or Port Lympne Animal Park (15/20 mins) to see the Giraffe!
FINDING US
Rebel Farmer HQ sits in a beautiful natural setting but it's easy to get here and have it as a base to explore lots of the Garden of England.
We are only 10 minutes from Junction 10 of the M20 which makes it super easy to find us.
Local shops and amenities can be found in Wye which is a 5 minute drive.
We have a number of brilliant pubs and restaurants locally, including The New Flying Horse in Wye, Boys Hall in Ashford and the Five Bells in Brabourne.
There's a station at Wye for train trips to Canterbury and beyond.
Designer shopping can be found close by at the Ashford Retail Outlet.
We are approximately 50 miles from London.
Within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
We are close to a number of national cycle routes and the North Downs Way.
RATES&booking
For simplicity we charge a nightly rate
for the Tent not per guest
The tipi (sleeps 2 adults & 3 kids) standard
Any tipi booking can add the additional Bell Tent
The bell tent (sleeps 2 adults & 2 kids)
All bedding, towels, logs and BBQ coals included
Wood for campfire can be supplied - £10 per 2 night stay
Season is May to September
Changeover days are Mon, Wed, Fri
2 night minimum stay
Check in: 4pm
Checkout: 11am

BOOKING POLICY
Bookings are open for summer 2023. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
*A deposit of 20% secures your booking
*Balance due just 14 days before your holiday - You will receive a payment link ahead of time.
*We charge 10% of the total cost for holidays cancelled 30 days out.
*If you cancel within 14 days out from your stay, the full cost will be charged.
