A regenerative, community approach

STEP 1
We make our own compost on our 3 acre site in Brook Kent. This gives our seedlings the best possible start in nutrient rich peat-free soil.
We are a pesticide/chemical free site and know exactly what goes into our soil because we make it.
STEP 2
A small team including volunteers, nurture the plants and we use biodiversity and permaculture methods to create a positive eco system here on site. Nature does the hard work so we don't have to cover our crops in any chemicals.
STEP 3
Sunshine, love and lots of care and knowledge goes into each and every Rebel Farmer product. We grow small sustainable amounts to avoid waste. We love to grow to order and have a close relationship with all our buyers.
STEP 4
Our products are cut and harvested by hand on the day of transportation. All products are packaged in compostable products. We try to keep deliveries local, so products are not clocking up many miles. Good for the planet and good for the products. This way, we know our produce is in perfect condition.
MICROGREENS
All our microgreens are soil grown for extra taste and nutritional value and without chemicals.

All are trimmed and boxed by hand and curated perfectly for maximum colour and flavour.

These gems can be used as a garnish but they are great en masse, stacked on a plate with mustard dressing. Add steak, prawns, chicken, halloumi or roasted veg and you are giving yourself a great meal. The Rebel Team love them stuffed in a sandwich.
