We work like a kitchen garden for many of our clients and often grow specifically for them, trying out interesting new varieties on request.

We can supply large quantities of microgreens, edible flowers and salad.

James Crank is the brilliant Head Chef at The Old Kent Barn, Kent wedding venue of the year for many years.

A real connoisseur, James is passionate about finding the very best local produce and working in a close relationship with producers and artisans. 

Rebel Farmer pea shoots and microgreens can be found on the many, many beautiful plates of food James and team are turning out day in day out.

Dr Legumes on the Harbour Arm in Folkestone, aim to create an incredible culinary experience in Vegan/Vegetarian food.


As well as their base on the Harbour Arm, they also have a secret dinner club, based on a health conscious approach to eating.

An outstanding foodie destination in a stunning Kent village of Wye.  As soon as landlords Jane & Joe settled in Wye, they made a point to come and visit the local producers, so they could see first hand exactly how we grow, our methods and ethics.

The New Flying Horse offers a full English breakfast, lunch or dinner with all locally sourced ingredients from the best suppliers. Their Sunday lunch is exceptional.


A huge thanks to Joe, Jane and the team for their continued support. 

They also have rather lovely rooms to stay in!

We are delighted to be working with Sasha Cooper and team at The Five Bells. It's a destination pub we have been eating and drinking at for years so couldn't be prouder to be involved.

The best food, the loveliest setting and décor and some fantastic rooms to rent. Please do visit and check them out. They are part of the Rocksalt group.


Another member of the Rocksalt Group, Duke William in Ickham is new to our fold and we love working one-to-one with Head Chef Joe Hawkes.

We look forward to growing specialist produce for Joe and all the Rocksalt Group of restaurants as we continue to expand.
