CHEF&TRADE ENQUIRIES
We love connecting with the amazing chefs we have here in Kent and beyond. We are proud to be working with some really talented chefs who we have a brilliant relationship with.

We work like a kitchen garden for many of our clients and often grow specifically for them, trying out interesting new varieties on request.

We can supply large quantities of microgreens, edible flowers and salad.

ROCKSALT

The heart and soul of Rocksalt are our menus, served in both the stunning restaurant area and the bar on the first floor, both of which are complete with their own sun drenched terraced areas for the summer months.
They take time and effort to source ingredients as locally as possible: from the day boats working along the South Coast to the local farms set in the rolling Kent countryside, their focus is always on provenance.

We loved having them visit us recently - they cooked up a storm from our field. Watch this space for Rebel Farmer / Dr Legume Lunch Clubs.
THE NEW FLYING HORSE WYE
An outstanding foodie destination in a stunning Kent village of Wye. As soon as landlords Jane & Joe settled in Wye, they made a point to come and visit the local producers, so they could see first hand exactly how we grow, our methods and ethics.

The New Flying Horse offers a full English breakfast, lunch or dinner with all locally sourced ingredients from the best suppliers. Their Sunday lunch is exceptional.
A huge thanks to Joe, Jane and the team for their continued support.

They also have rather lovely rooms to stay in!
